Welcome to Blueprint Vision. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. I've kept them as plain-spoken as I can, but if anything's unclear, reach out and I'll explain.

Who I Am

Blueprint Vision is a small business owned and operated by Regina Thompson-Jenkins, located at 28 Spring St., Unit #207, Princeton, NJ 08542.

Who Can Buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order through this site.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

I do my best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to lighting and monitor settings. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice — but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmation of sale. I reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if I suspect fraud. If I cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on my intellectual property or anyone else's
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the site's operation or security

Limitation of Liability

Blueprint Vision and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this site or its products. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within [2–3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

I ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Domestic (U.S.): [3–5] business days
• International: [7–21] business days, depending on destination and customs

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves my hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it:

• Check with neighbors and household members
• Look around your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms)
• Contact your local post office with the tracking number
• If you still need help, email info@blueprintvision.llc within 7 days of the delivery date and I'll do everything I can to assist

I want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how I'll make it right.

Return Window 

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email info@blueprintvision.llc with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, I'll send you return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case I cover return shipping
• I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit
• Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your return is shipped for it to reach me

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after I receive and inspect your return
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

If Your Refund Hasn't Arrived

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post after I've processed it. If it still hasn't appeared:

1. Check your bank or credit card statement again
2. Contact your bank or card issuer — refunds sometimes post under a pending status before clearing
3. If you've done both and still need help, email me at info@blueprintvision.llc

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Used or written-in journals
• Digital products and downloads
• Personalized or custom items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Your privacy matters to me. Here's exactly what I collect, why, and what I do with it.

Information I Collect

When you visit this site, place an order, or contact me, I may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses
• Payment information: processed securely by my payment provider. I do not store full credit card numbers.
• Order details: items purchased, order history, communication about your order
• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you found the site — collected through cookies and analytics tools

How I Use Your Information

• To process and ship your orders
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• To send you marketing emails — only if you've opted in
• To improve the website and product offerings
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

Who I Share Your Information With

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with trusted service providers who help me run the business:

• Payment processors (to charge your card securely)
• Shipping carriers (to deliver your order)
• Email marketing platforms (to send newsletters you've subscribed to)
• Website and analytics providers (GoDaddy, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics)

I may also disclose information when required by law or to protect my legal rights.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Correct or update your information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing emails (every email I send includes an unsubscribe link)
• Opt out of the sale of personal information — though I don't sell it to begin with

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Data Security 

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. By using this site, you accept that risk.

All content on this site — including text, logos, designs, journal layouts, and product photography, belongs to Blueprint Vision, or used with permission, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without my written permission
• Reproduce journal interior designs, prompts, or page layouts
• Reprint, redistribute, or create derivative works from After the Storm
• Use the Blueprint Vision or Sister Girl names, logos, or branding for commercial purposes

You may:

• Share product photos on social media with proper credit (@blueprintvision)
• Quote short passages from After the Storm for reviews, book club discussions, or educational use with attribution
• Write personally in your journal — it's yours
