• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
